Times like this is what makes any sacrifices we make seem insignificant and small. It is such a thrill to be able to give a wheelchair to a poor child like this little boy. He is crippled for life due to polio and yet he can still muster a smile at getting this precious gift from the Church.
Susan posing at a water station provided by the Church. We are doing a final inspection on last years water projects. This is one of many completed last year. What a blessing for those fortunate enough to have one in their village.
This is a completed water reservoir at final inspection. To Susan's left is the contractor Hermann and one of his workers. Hermann happened to be raised in the community where this project was installed. We were very impressed with the quality of his work.
We are final inspecting a wash station placed at a primary school. Gaby, Susan and Hermann are trying out the station. Now the school kids can clean their little bodies occasionally.

Hoorah!! We finally got into your blogspot! VERY interesting -- fun to see what you two are up to. Ray says to tell you we don't need any water stations, we just eat snow.
